Hi all,

quick question. If I have a NTSC-J ISO and I want to burn it for my NTSC-US Wii (w/ WiiKey).

Do I need to use any of the WiigionFree or RegionFrii to patch the ISO file ?

I have read the first 10 pages of the forum and there is no mention about these patchers.

I thought the WiiKey is supposed to allow NTSC-U to read import directly ?

any clarification will be appreciated

Thx

Wiikey will play NTSC-J on an NSTC-U with no patching. PAL games need to be patched and usually won't work anyway.

Make sure to run the WiiKey setup disc first to turn on the region override feature.

If your NTSC-J iso is Naruto GNT EX, try doing that conversion and play it. If that works you need to tell the masses. Right now only Japaneese wii systems can play Naruto games without a hitch.
