Please Help!!! My iriver h10's scroll bar is stuck in the down scrolling position. I am currently unable to listen to music or operate the player due to this issue. I have been unable to find anyone to repair the issue or receive help from the iriver support staff. Does anyone have any ideas on how to fix this? THANKS
