Hi,
hope someone can help. I've been using Nero 7 to put menus onto discs with Nero Vision 4. I do this from my laptop and standalone. I've done this for some time with no problems. There has now developed a problem with 'add files'on Nero Vision 4 on my standalone. When I click 'add files' the window that opens up is now a cut down version of what opened before. I can't access any files at all from it. I've clicked everything on it but can add nothing. The programme on my laptop is still working perfectly. I uninstalled and reinstalled, but still the same cutdown window pops up. Any bright spark out there with an idea of what I can do?

Hi.

Have you tried doing a clean reinstall.

- Uninstall the current version taking care to write down your Nero serial number before deleting everything.
- Run the Nero 7 Clean Tool. http://www.nero.com/nero7/enu/Nero7_CleanTool.html
- Reinstall Nero 7.
