Utorrent slows down on downloads randomly

I was downloading a 700mb file on Utorrent and it was consistant at a speed of 300kb/s with 120/1500 peers and no Seeds. But suddenlt it just got slower and slower and just ended up with o speed. The seeds was still above 100 but i dont know why this happened. The file had downloaded 18% when this happened. This has happened to be before for a different file i was downloading. stopped at 12% insted of 18%.

What could the problem be? Any ideas?

Was that no seeds?

because Peers don't have the full file and lots of people limit their upload speed. Try finding files which have lots of seeds and less peers. Or maybe the site you went to for them is a bad site.
