I was just wondering if it is possible to play N64 games on the psp?

yes it is possible, they're not the fastest but there's new emulator all the time making them faster. What kind of firmware do you have?

I have custom firmware 3.10 OE-A and never tried using any N64 emulator. From what I heard from online and my friend that has done that yes it runs a whole slower than it would on an actual 64. Also, I believe that only a few games work or not all games work on it though I could be wrong. I'm waiting until 64 emulator can run smoothly and like NaztyNayt said new versions of the emulators are coming out right and left. So I think eventually PSP will be able to do quite well just I wonder how long it will take. Just think about it? Playing LoZ: OoT on PSP?! Holy crap that would be amazing!

OoT is very slow at the moment, unplayable if you ask me.
Mario64 runs at agood speed.

What emulator do you guys use? I use project64 on my computer and it plays the games fine.

Yeah your N64 Emulator on your computer won't work with the PSP, I believe the only one out is Daeldas. And I'm still waiting for the day I can play Zelda Ocarina of Time, and super mario smash bros. on my psp.
