questions about RSSFeed Scanner plugin for Azureus

i just installed the RSSFeed Scanner plugin for Azureus and added a couple of feeds but when i go to the status tab for RSSFeed Scanner it lists the feeds, and the shows available but then nothing happens - it updates every 15 minutes but does not actually download anything.

what am i doing wrong?

also, once i get it to actually download something, how do i set it so that it only downloads the most recent episode?
