No there is no 3.10 downgrader and there is no point in even asking. You would know if there was a 3.10 downgrader because there would probably be a guide sticked for a month or so on all of the PSP sections, if there was a downgrader. So next time use search button.
this thread is useless. there's already a thread called "psp 3.11 downgrader" and that one is useless too. It will be top news when a downgrader comes out so either sit tight for a while or trade in your 3.10/3.11 psp and get one at lower FW.
I've only been here since December, i guess i missed out on some good topics. Oh well hopfully noobs will clue in sometime, i doubt it though, they never take time to search & read stuff. A lot of there questions are so easy to answer. Kind of get sick of writing the exact same replys over and over. And of course you end up getting stuff like "ARE YOU SURE THIS WON'T BRICK MY PSP?!" or the 1 liner.. "I'm new to the forum, please help me."
