I am uploading something, and this is the last peer, and I am so close to canceling, but I am not until he is done downloading. Anyways, whenever there was more people downloading, I would be uploading at about 50+ KBs. Which is pretty good for me. So, now its down real low. Is there anyway I can make this upload just a tad bit faster?

I don't think so. The person probably has a slow connection which is why you are uploading at a slow speed. You will just have to wait until he is finished =(
