Hi guys,

I am trying to convert my home and movie dvds, i am using Xilisoft & cucusoft video converters to do this. Now whenever i access any dvd from these softwares in the preview screen a black strip on the right side appears which also remains after the video is converted. I have k-lite codec pack installed. i have tried to register unregister different codecs & codecs pack used G-spot etc. everything has failed.

Please help me.
