I just thought I would post these pics, because I was very surprised when I got the chip in the mail and saw how small it was.

Nice. I wish I had taken more pictures when I did mine. Very fine. Had a pro do the soldering direct. Worked great.

I here ya. I've been modding since the PS1 days and this was by far the smallest chip I've soldered. I nearly lost it, it was so small. Those are some grat pics. What camera are you using? (must be a digital rebel is my guess)

I am using an olympus c-765 for the pics. I really thought it would be so hard to use use a small chip, but I installed it no problem.

HTe only issue Ihad was the wires coming loose cause they got too hot. The trick is to heat the solder not the wire. :-)
