I used a guy out of FL and his turn around time was less than a week. He can be reached here -

I looked for an installer/modder in my area on Xboxscene. He charged me $90 for the Wiikey and the install.

wow , trustedmods only charged me $65 . after return shipping fees the total was $80 .

That is a really good deal. I still preferred to have had it done locally if possible. Mine was dropped off and done in the same day. Plus I didn't have to pay to send it out or bother with packing it. So I'm not complaining and he left the copy of Zelda he had in there to show me it was working which was a little bonus.
