I recently purchased Snakes on a plane and I have been able to back it up, any suggestions? Thanks

Nothing special on this one - even shrink should handle it by it's lonesome.

What programs have you tried - error your getting?

If you haven't tried this one - DVDFab Decrypter give it a go.
Rip with that then compress and burn with your program of choice.

Ok I/O depending on what the rest says can be caused by a dirty disc.
Check the back of for fingerprints, smudges, scratched etc and clean it off.

Decrypter should handle this one too. But give DVDFab a go.
