Burning movie files from Ares?

I am so brand new at this - but I am looking to burn movies that I have downloaded off Ares. Can anyone out there walk me through how to go about this?

Ok. Well what format are the files. (AVI, mpg, etc)

A good program that I like to use is ConvertXtoDVD - http://www.vso-software.fr/products/convert_x_to_dvd/
It costs, but its a great program, well worth the money. I use it all the time.

ConvertXtoDVD supports most popular formats such as AVI to DVD; Mpeg, Mpeg, Mpeg4, MP4, VOB, WMV, DV and stream formats to DVD. It converts your files into a compliant DVD Video set of files and burns it on a DVD media. The ConvertXtoDVD does not need an external AVI codec download. It uses its own AVI codecs.
