backup game resolution?

I have an NTSC wii and I have a tigerwoods backup that is a PAL. when i play the game, some of the images get cut off my tv screen. is this normal? what can I do to fix this? thanks guys!

here's a few things to try, 1) possibly the media type you are using 2) could be just a bad burn 3) also try a different burning program if you put in your update disc from wiikey after your install you should be able to boot PAL no problem

hmm tried reburning it again and still the same problem. Besides that the game runs fine. I am using tdk dvd-r's. I am guessing it was the person who backed up the game did it incorrectly.
