After having a really bad installation with Nero 7 I tried to delete it, which didn't work, I completed the Nero clean program on my computer.
Today when I went to go listen to music all my sound had completely gone and it said i had no sound device. I have a laptop so my speakers are inside.
My sound worked before I downloaded and cleaned Nero from my system but now it has completely gone.
I have gone into my control panel and looked at the sound device and it says there isnt one...
ANY HELP WOULD BE SO APPRECIATED. IM FREAKING OUT HERE!!

by the sounds of it you have deleted your sound drivers,just guessing here but you will need realtek ac97 drivers re-installing
