I downloaded the zip file for the Wiikey bootable disc. How do I burn this to disc???

Do I burn as an image file? or do I unzip first and burn as image file?
Do I unzip first and burn as DATA?

Please help as I am a little confused!!
I read the readme, but it doesn't explain

Please help!!!

if you downloaded it and it is already in ISO format just burn to disc otherwise expand it then burn it
