Need help with Newsgroups

Hello, I have been using torrents for awhile now and I am not getting the desired speed I want to with most of my torrents.

I have decided to get into newsgroups. Since I am a noobie at this I would like some pointers and some tips.

By reading other threads I decided to use NewsLeecher as my Newsgroup client. I am off to download it now.

Also to my understanding, I am in need to get my ISP address/newsgroup address.

I am pretty sure my ISP is Epix, so I am wondering the best way to get it.

Thanks ahead for the help.

Edit: I have got my ISP newsgroup adress and am installing NewsLeecher to my computer.

Edit 2: I don't know what I am doing, please can someone recommend a newsgroup client.
