i ripped this cd on my computer that had windows xp on but i just got a new one with vista and i saved all my music from my windows xp and i put it on my new computer but these files won't play they say something about copy protection and i can't seen to convert them cause they keep sayin copy protection can any one help me out here i been tryin to convert or play them

The software that you used to rip the CD may have defaulted to a format that encorperated DRM (Digital Rights Management) ... VISTA is filled to the gills with DRM management ... good luck and rerip the CD into plain MP3 if possible with VISTA
