I'm kinda worri about the key, i want to have it install and working properly, but is there any chance that something can go wrong afterwards?? Like Nintendo Updates, Wii Key Patches (I hear Bricking) Or w/e i donno how that works out, etc...?
You never know... Nintendo could release a firmware like that but I doubt they would (WiiKey could probably just get an update and everything would be fine).
I doubt they would want to do a mass bricking of everyone's modded console. They would have a billion people complaining.
The update in Super Paper Mario doesn't affect the chips at all--it is for the console.
The problem in mario is for the console. Mario is an NTSC game, and people who were running it on a PAL wii that was modded, it would try to update their system, using the a patch for NTSC wiis, since it isnt supposed to be able to be run on PAL wiis right now. Update a PAL wii with an NTSC patch, and you have a brick.
We should make a house of bricked wiis... we can welcome everyone to the house that wii built.

nothing is going to be foolproof and everything can go wrong. that's why modding is not for the faint-hearted.
but for the risk-takers out there, the rewards are well worth it!
