Anybody deal with this gentelman? His email addy is at hxxp://modyawii.tehskeen.com/

I sent money and my Wii to him 2 weeks ago. No response to email. No response to phone or voicemails. Not cool.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

If he wont respond to your emails or calls, and its been two weeks, and you sent it off to him... any business should be able to say that they havent received an item yet, or have.

My guess would be, you could probably be looking for your wii on ebay soon. I myself have had no business with this particular case, it just sounds like you got scammed.

Yeah, the good news is that I sent it USPS Insured and he did sign for it. So I know he got it. The bad news is- he still has it. Not much I can do about it. . .

I found Rust3d email at http://modyawii.tehskeen.com/ and after exchange several emails with him i sent him my wii also.
waited three weeks and nothing. Found a phone number a contacted him, he to me that he had moved and his mail didn't get forwarded to him. He called me back that day and sied that the wii was at the old address and that he was going to mod it and send it back to me the next day. That was last week, I haven't recieved it yet.

I actually got my Wii back. It was modded and works perfectly. It took about three weeks. . . He said that he was out of state because his uncle died. I believe him. Anyway I got it back and it was no charge. . . I paid him anyhow. So don't fret- he may be telling the truth.

these are the chances you take when you send to somebody you don't know on the internet and its strange how some people would just send such an expensive item to somebody on an internet forum but Theats good to hear one of you got your console back i wish the same of luck to the others, but in the future try a local electronic store they would be easily able to do it and most of them are usually just scraping buy and would be more than willing to grab the extra cash with no bias morals against it
