ok so here is my question i am building a ne machine and am having a hard time choosing between theese two cpu's and wanted to know which would be best? so if anyone could give me some thouyghts on this i would appreciate it greatly

how about an AMD Athlon 64 X2 CPU which is better than pentium D. Just avoid Celeron.

Don't let the clock speed fool you, they are better than pentium D.
