i have a sandisk m240 mp3 player but it seems not to work properly when i plug it into my usb port since i bought a new computer!files that are currently on it cannot be seen when i click "explore".but when i plug the same mp3 player into another computer i am able to browse the folders in it and see all data in it.
also,when i am unable to add files on the mp3 player on my computer.
but the player is fine because it is playin the music contained it it.
I tried to reformat it but still no change.I have windows xp service pack 2.

I really dont know what to.Any help would be grateful.I hope the message is clear on what the problem is.thanks.
