Decrypting DVD files (ifo, bup, vob etc) that are already on hard drive?

I did something kinda stupid. I borrowed a DVD off a friend and 'copy-pasted' the 'video_ts' and 'audio_ts' folders straight onto my hard drive, without using DVD Decrypter or anything.

Now when I try to watch it, it is VERY jerky, as in unplayable. I'm guessing that it is still encrypted.

I don't have the DVD anymore, but is there anyway I can decrypt DVD files that are already on my hard disk?

Thanks in advance
