plz help with launching downloaded psp game

well, i downloaded burnout dominator and i did the usually thing and try to launch the game but the screen just goes black and the memory stick indicator is flashin non stop. im runnin on 3.03oe-c. help plz

Well...if the memory stick is flashing, that means its loading. When it stops flashing and your stuck on a black screen or any screen without being able to use the home function that would mean it froze. Maybe it's just a bad rip, try downloading from another source.

try using devhook, thats how i got ratchet and clank to work when it was doing the same thing

you dont need it, but some games only work with it for some reason, its just how it is, dont ask me to explain

can u hav both devhook and oe-c at the same time????

yeah but its redundant. and ratchet and clank works in 3.03 oe-c if u use the right settings

PS2 w/ Swap Magic 3.6 and Slide Card, Gamecube w/ Xeno Modchip, PSP 3.71 M33, xbox 360 unmodded
