hi everyone im pretty much new to this homebrew shit i dont know about the terms for this stuff, but basicly my question is
how do i get to play psp games, downloaded to the memory stick, on a psp? do i need a emulator or somethin?
i already know how to obtain a psp game, i just need the emualotr/other stuff to be able to play a psp game from the meomry stick thanks in advance!
Firstly, what firmware are you using? Because you cant do this stuff on sony firmware, you need to have a custom firmware.
Secondly, emulators are for other systems like snes or nes or sega genesis...Hence the name emulator. It emulates those systems on your psp so you can play the games for those systems.
Thirdly, once you have custom firmware...you may play psp games by putting the .iso or .cso file into your ISO folder in the root of your memory stick.

my firmware is 3.03
and after getting the custom firmware, how do i load the games up?
is there a guide in here that teaches me this
hi staxx your previous posts on my thread really helped and i really am greatful pls but i put the iso in the iso folder in the root of my memory card when i try to go to game menu it says no games pls what else must i do i trust PAL

@ dubsetic you can find the link to the 3.03 downgrader to get to 1.50 in my signature. You'll need an unpatched version of GTA:LCS umd to do this. You can tell by the copyright dates 2005=unpatched, 2006=patched...and on the xmb game update will say 2.00. Once you have succesfully downgraded to 1.50 you can use the link in my signature to get to 3.03 oe-c.

Then under the game menu, click on memory stick and your games should be listed there.
If this isnt working for you, can you post step by step what you are doing so i may pinpoint where you are going wrong.
