Well i was reading tutorials about speeding up torrents (i know its about seeds and stuff but there are lil things to help <.<), they say i need to copy my default gateway code or w/e into a browser..so i go run, type in cmd and the number is 10.38.0.1 i paste it in to a browser...and the page doesn't load...it says it needs to be refreshed ...but it never works......is there any other way to get onto the page so i can edit my ports. please help! i am getting 10kb on a torrent while my friend is in the triple digits =( . thank you for all your help.
