How do I install a DVD Burner? PLEASE HELP ME!

I just bought a LiteON DVD burner. I was planning to install it and then when I went to open my computer, there was no IDE cable. Do I have to buy this? Also, there was no secondary IDE slot like in the picture.

I have a Dell Dimension E520.

The mobo specs for this model say it's a sata board.

As usual with dell it is impossible to be any more specific.
Looking at some internal pictures it seems that there are 2 SATA sockets and one floppy socket..

edit that link out of your sig ASAP.

you do not have an ide connector according to these links.

so either replace drive with sata version or get a pci ide controller card to run that drive.
