I'm about to obtain a game from Japan. But my Wii is bought in Canada, but I have a WiiKey installed. Will my WiiKey allow me to play my game from japan?

Depends on the game and if you have the wiikey configured for region override.

Naruto will not work.
Bleach Wii does (tested myself).
