Great Success!!!

Everything is working perfectly. I've tried backups of Super Paper Mario, Bleach Wii (JP), and Sonic and the Secret Rings- all work flawlessly.

This was my first soldering job and was amazed that I did not screw anything up lol.

Looks good. Where did you get the diagram to solder? I always see the direct install and not the wired method.

I tried this and my wires came off the dvd board along with their contacts, now I'm SOL.
