hi, i am using Azureus and for a while everything has been downloading fine. Recently downloads dont get higher than a few bytes maybe 400-900 bytes max. my upload speed is VERY VERY low or zero. there are lots of seeds, health is fine, my upload and download are set to max but it wont upload or download for more than a few bytes a second.

i tried bitlord and they has the same problem. do the clients matter or is it the tracker thats important here?

In the sense that most private sites have banned BitLord and it has malware, yes it matters. Have you tried Protocol Encryption in Azureus: http://forums.afterdawn.com/thread_view.cfm/395674

Nice one Mistycat, this setting gets overlooked quite often. Didn't know that Bitlord had malware either. Also good to know.

tried adding encryption but it is still VERY slow. it makes no sense because no matter what client i use, nothing transfers.

i can have 30 connected seeds and 50 connected peers and be downloading 0kb and uploading 0kb.
