Ativa lightscribe DVD burning problem

I have a ativa brand LH-1H18A Lightscribe DVD +/- burner. The burner will not let me copy any movies that I have recently gotten. I have AnyDVD, CloneDVD, DVD Decryptor, DVD Shrink and DVDFabDecryptor and all of them are giving me either the I/O device error or the RCC Copyright message. The movies that I already have on the computer that I had previously shrunk and my other burner broke will burn on a disc. It's just the when I get a new movie and I put it in the burner to make a copy and use AnyDVD it gives me the error. Does anyone know what I can do to get this fixed. I have called the customer service for the item and I get nowhere. PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE HELP!
