M3Lite and Turbo Grafx 16 emulation

I am trying to play some Turbo Grafx 16 roms on my M3 lite but I cant seem to get it to work. I tried converting them using game manager and when I go into the GBA menu and start the game it seems as if it is going to start. It loads and then goes to a black screen and nothing happens.

The .pce files work fine when I play them on my computer so I know they are not corrupt. Has anyone got this to work?

I have an M3lite, Passcard 3, and a kingston 1gb micro card
