Ok so supposedly the wiikey is supposed to be upgradeable be DVD? does this mean you download an ISO from them and burn it or something? I am just really confused on how that works.

can someone please clear this up for me

Go to wiikey.cn

Click on "Resources". This section has all three versions of the Wiikey setup disc available to download.

You NEED this for region override.
The latest has some home brew apps included and requires the user to build the .iso depending on their region/what they want to include for extras.

Please search the forums first before asking things like this.
Heck, use Google for finding information on wiikey.
