Need help getting derby stallion going i no this is old game but cant get started cause all wording in japanese can any1 help

i cant read to get game started it loads fine but then cant read the information to start game

its a horse racing game which im in to thought once got going id be fine(derby stallion)dont think they do an english version

I've checked on gamespot and it is only in japanese. Guest you'll just have to try every option.
