Hi,

I just got a Dell dimension E510 with win xp on it. It has a NEC 3530A drive on it already. I installed my Mad dog 16XDVD9 in the extra bay, both drives seem to play fine, but when I try to copy a disc, (photos, software etc..) using the sonic record now software it says disc created successful, but the disc is ruined, you can see where it has a little written on it, but it wont work. I have already ruined 6 CD-R's. I am pretty sure I have updated firmware on each DvD drive. Please any help would be appreciated. Thank you. Oh The Mad Dog drive worked perfect on my older Dell 2400. Thanks
