Try this (free): http://www.alexander-noe.com/video/amg/ Drag your original file into the top window, highlight it and select "generate data". In the lower window, highlight audio and if anything other than 0 appears to the right, select "start" naming and placing the new file as you wish and in a minute or two you'll have a new file to use. Usually works even when the original file shows no sync loss until burned and I always check my files first. Edit: that should be until encoded.
