Hi, looking some help here please.I am having problems moving folders containing audio files from my PC to Zen Vision M.

I am moving across audio books, spoken word files and music in different formats- WAV & MP3, etc.

When they get to the Zen they do not stay in the same folder and appear all over the place!

I am aware the Zen uses ID3 tags to organise the files and folders but I do not understand much about this, also some of the files I m having problems with do not appear to have such tags, ( they do not have any of the info when I check their properties).

Can anyone tell me please how to transfer across different types of files and keep them in the folder they are in on my PC?

Nobody deletes these messages, so u don't need to set a title like " Please delete".
