Archos 404 small problem

Well, after finding out the Samsung was horrible, I returned it and got an Archos 404. Now, I must say, this device is beautiful, AND amazing. But it has one small problem; It keeps duplicating some of my songs.

Anyone know how I Can fix this? I've tried calling customer support, infact, as I type this, I,ve been on hold for 20 minutes. And I guess nobody else has had this problem, 'Cause when I type it in on the internet, no results come up. Anyone? :(
