the default target size for dvd-rb is aprox 4430mb which will work perfectly with good quality media such as verbatim or taiyo yuden. the target size can be changed by adding a command in the .ini file but it isn't necessary if quality media is used. I use verbatim dvd+r's and have never had to modify the default target size.

if you insist on changing the target size look here under hidden settings. the default target size is 2236400 sectors. to change it you need to inset TargetSectors=xxxxxxx (xxxxxxx being a value you determine) under options in the .ini file. 1 sector = 2kb. try inserting TargetSectors=2236000 and then add or subtract sectors until you reach your desired target size.
