AVI2DVD error message

I,ve just started to use AVI2DVD and have successfully converted my 1st file and burned to DVD but on trying to convert a 2nd file I get the following error message:- Access violation at address 7C910F29 in module 'ntdll.dll'. Read of address BE3AFF9. Can anyone out there please help me.

If it only happens consistently with this one program and only at the launch of the program, you might want to look at this.
