Why cant i load my umd w/ ir shell??

I tried to load up a umd after playing music but it gives me some gay error....how do I get it to work..i use 3.03 oe-c and the newest ir shell....it works for emulators...wtf?

i heard that 3.03 OE-C cant run irshell with all the features
