Having display problems with 9600XT

For some reason i am getting jargon on my screen at random times and when i play live for speed, the screen is just filled with it. I am getting all kinds of screwed up polygon shapes and everything!

I updated to the latest drivers and its stil happening. The card doest seem to be over heating the fan works and is always just warm to the touch and not hot.

Also, i have never overclocked the card before ( or my cpu )Anyone know what could be the problem ?

think the problem is to do with the videcard's ram. can you try it on another pc to see if it still does it or not?
