howdy,

I am using a HDTV 30" no name. Anyway

My graphic card has a S-Video out. I hooked it up to my DVD-R recorder that has component out. I get 480p on my TV, but these freakin white lines keep coming up the screen when watching videos. Very annoying.

Any solution ? Program, hardware, cable ?
