Ok I have a LG DVD Burner(Hl-Dt-St DVDRRW GWA 4164B) that came with the system, it burned CD's & DVD's Good, SO like about 2 months after I got the system I bought a HP DVD Burner with LightScribe and installed it...They both worked great for about 2 months until both of them Started having problems burning Video DVD's and Data DVD's, They leave a Blank Ring about 1/2 an inch from the center, the rings are about 1/16 of an inch wide...They did that until I diconnected the HP drive from the computer, Then the LG drive worked normal after that...until last week it started it again(LIghtScribe still Disconnected), when I go to Task Manager-Processes it has a program running LSSrvc.exe which is a LightScribe program, I think it might be the problem, I also click End Process and burn a DVD and its still like that...Help me please, also both drives had their Firmware updated....The HP drive came with a updated Nero CD, but my system came with a older version of Nero...so the new version is still installed....my computer has a 2.00 GHZ CPU and 1 GB of RAM just let you know...
