hi mate
i was not refeering to you or to anyone else......if you noticed that most of the problems are either placing the files in the wrong directory..or missing a file here or there....
so was my question.....if we just upload a complete set and say.......copy paste .......would be much easier..

Iv carried on trying to find the flash 0 and 1 firmware files or what every you have 2 get 2 put in the MPHgameloader folder but i dnt know what to do I tried that file assistant aswell and dnt know what im supposed 2 do with that either pls help me with this

Yer thanks bombay boy i downloaded that stuff U put up and it made it work but its actually made the UMD game i have inside it work when i follow the steps 4 method 1 and use the MPHgame loader. This is gr8 4 me cos i bort a game and i havnt bin able 2 play it and iv had it 4 months but I still wana b able 2 play the ISOS iv got the 1 im trying to get 2 work is pro eveolution 5 can some1 explain 2 me why it loaded the UMD rather than the ISO?

@ryan26 - It loaded the UMD, becuase you're not supposed to open MPH Game Loader first. First you have to open UMD Emulator, leave all the settings the same except change the mode to "system menu". Scroll down to the name of your ISO and press X. You will return to the menu, now run MPH Game Loader, and your ISO should boot!

OK THESE ARE ALL THE QUESTIONS I HAVE.
1. I WANT TO USE THE FLASHMOD WAY TO RUN 2.00 GAMES....WHERE DO I PUT THE 2.00 FILES...I KNOW IN THE ROOT OF THE MEMORY STICK.BUT WHAT FOLDERS.?
2. HOW DO I GET GTA LCS TO RUN ON 1.5 WITH CHEAT DEVICE "WITHOUT FREEZING"
3. HOW COME RUNUMD FREEZES IN ABOUT 5 MIN PLAYING GTA?
4. IS THERE A WAY TO FIX RUNUMD SO I CAN PLAY GTA W/ CHEATDEVICE?

1. You put the firmware 2 flash 0 and flash1 folders in the root of your memory stick (not in any folder). If you don't have FW2.00 in files format already, then download it from here: http://rapidshare.de/files/18512586/2.00_files_format.rar.html . An you know that this is for UMDs not ISOs right?
I'm not sure about your other questions.

You can't use Wifi for newer games (as neither MPH Loader or RunUMD supports wifi yet).
P.S Don't use all caps otherwise a mod will ban you.

I think i had it in the right place. they are both in the rroot of my MS. that is where theyre suppose to be right? i'll give decrpytPRX a try. thanks

gta only runs with mph at this point.. it will always crash with run umd.
i really think mods should undo some of the stickies at the top first.. its getting kinda cluttered and if you look other forums arent cluttered with stickies like here. not to mention a lot of those stickies are outdated information wise and arent even used.

you are doing a great job here joeva ...and your point is very clear which i also agree on...can any of the mod trim this thread(including this post) and make it a sticky please...unsticking the old subjects......this forum is great and should stay dynamic

eternalis I do go on UMDloader and change the setting to system and dnt change any of the other settings and then choose the iso and then go on MPH loader and it says loading game then loads the UMD rather than the ISO and i dont no what im doing wrong. I copied the folders exactly 4om the link that bombayboy put up and so Im not sure what i have 2 change pls help me out

i downloaded the game megaman powered up and i got 9 of these files: d-mmpwu 19,532kb all identical. I extracted al of them and i ended up getting 1 d-mmpwu 304,416kb file. i tried putting it in my iso folder but when i load it it doesnt work. i also tried mphloader but all i got was the loading screen and thats it. i really want to play this game.
I also downloaded the game viewtifuljoe ad this are the files i got:
lfc-vfrh.001 up to lfc-vfrh.011
001 file 011 file
19532kb 19,532kb.
Hope you can help me on this one. again, i really appreciate all your help.

You need to replace the PRX's with the ones from DBZ). I will upload the PRXs from DBZ and give u a link soon. EDIT: Heres the link: http://rapidshare.de/files/18872185/dbz_prx.rar.html .All you have to do is decrypt the EBOOT.BIN using DecryptPRX (place the eboot.bin in a folder called crypted on the root of your memory stick and run MPH DecryptPRX; which you can download from:http://mphwebsite.tuxfamily.org/index.php?downprg=1&program=18). The program will over write the crypted eboot.bin with the decrypted one. Rename this to boot.bin .Open up the ISO using UMDGen and replace the PRXs in the PSP_GAME\USRDIR\MODULES\ folder with the ones from the archive I gave you and also replace the boot.bin in PSP_GAME\SYSDIR\ with the one you decrypted earlier. Then save the ISO and put it on the ISO folder in the root of your memory stick. For Megaman Powered Up, I found that the UMD Emulator RunUMD edit worked (find it here:http://www.psp-hacks.com/file/427). Use this X folder in the root of your memory stick:http://rapidshare.de/files/17028377/x.rar.html (the password is www.projectpsp.com).
Start up UMD Emulator and select Load RunUMD mode, start it. And it'll work!

eternalis I did everything you told me to do... decrypt the .prx files, rename the decrypted eboot.bin to boot.bin, have the 2.00 update files in the mphgameloader file which is at the root of my mem stick , replaced all the crypted files with the decrypted ones and made a new iso with umdgen. Then I put the modified iso in the iso folder at the root of my mem stick. I have a umd in the psp and then went to umd emulator left everything as is and changed the option to system menu. Finally I run the mph gameloader but it still just runs the umd and not the iso's. Any specific reasons, why?
ps: I'm not really complaining except I just really want to follow your guide. So far, the games like tokobot,X-men legends 2:rise of the apocolypse, etc.. have been running with fastloader... lol. I really do not know why though.Plus, I read the forum a lot.
