The unit powers up. Displays "Loading" and sometimes "menu" on the lcd. Then the lcd dims and then a few seconds later it repeats the whole process.

I replaced all of the caps on the secondary side. I also did an ohm test on the diodes on the power board. Had to unsolder a few just to make sure. I read something somewhere about some protection based on the 5V circuit that will cause the unit to shutdown if 5v is not maintained. Maybe it had something to do with the en/uv pin on the tiny switcher (tny276pn)

I'm very much a noob to electronics and I could sure use some help from somebody thats been here before. Thanks in advance
