Need Help Reassembling WII

I took it apart and was gonna install mod chip but decided against it. Now i started to put it back together. I put the a game in it and it goes in fine but will not eject.

Please help.

Did you make sure you put the DVD drive cables back on correctly?

I do not want to hotlink to the pictures that are on the guide below.

So go to step 5 in the guide and make sure you have reconnected the DVD face plat cover.

Then go to step 8 and make sure the 2 DVD drive cables are plugged in correctly.

Those are the only 3 cables that you disconnect during the disassembly.

I am pretty sure that i put the cables back on correctly. The drive lights up blue when i press the eject button but does not eject


I have a white piece that is extra maybe if i post an image someone could help me

Go ahead and take a picture of it.

It isn't good to have parts left over after assembling the Wii back together. LOL

It's a white plastic piece, guessing that it goes in the drive somewhere

Well a white plastic peace isn't very helpful an image would maybe help more.
