SOME questions regarding AR MAX cheat device

hello my first post at these forums

ok i have AR MAX cheat device.
i have used it for years to cheat.
But now i got GTA VCS and the game is a PAL version .I found some codes at www.ultimate-cheatz.de working.But a member of GTAforums.com edisoncarter and some other made some more cool codes for CodeBreaker V7+.And well since i want to convert some of these codes using maxconvert i was wondering if you could help me answer some questions

1.On input menu it says CB 1-6,meaning 7+ codes cant be converted?
2.VCS is PAL and i'm getting a codebreaker in MAY.So does that mean i wont be available to use it for VCS?
3.is there a cheatdevice that converts CB7+ to something else weaker,and then from weaker to Ar MAx because i really want some of those codes.
4. Can i post them and ask if someone can convert it for me if he/she knows how?
5.i dont understand any of guides from www.codemasters-project.net can anyone explain a bit more converting from RAW to ARMAX?

i know i just joined and that i maybe looking for too much,but i wish those codes and to be learned how to convert the harder codes??
