How do I Rip Rom's from a rombank Bin.

Years ago I made some rom disc's for PS2 useing Rombank 1.6.2(Imbnes).

When I open the disc (useing isobuster and magicISO) there is a bin file in there that I can't open.

Is there a way to open it and get the rom's out.
