I'm using Ulead Videostudio to burn difficult avi files (i.e. the kind that cucusoft avi converter can't find the 1st frame of to convert to mpeg) to vcd.

It works, but I can't stop it converting a perfectly good widescreen clip to 4:3 normal.

How can I avoid having long heads on my West Wing eps?
